芬芳的Aromatic(主要指芳香型葡萄的香气),发酵香Fermentation aromas,花香调floral,果香调fruity,馥郁的fragrant(主要指新酒清新、活跃的香气,或者指起泡酒和带酒泥陈酿白葡萄的新鲜面包、酵母气息),草本的herbaceous,矿物质的mineral,香料的spicy,烘烤的toasted,飘逸的ethereal(主要指蜡、碘、塑料、釉质和肥皂等物质的气息)

三、味觉-嗅觉检测 Taste-Olfactory Examination

I. 柔和度softness
